Going to Lincoln again

This is a planed trip so I should be able to get cover to do the deliveries whilst I am away. However the current plan is to Travel on Saturday the First of November and to return on Sunday the Second of November so if I am unable to get any cover the worse which will happen is that there will be no deliveries on the one day.

Running late

Burton Mail is running late no ETA yet and the call centre is not open till Half past to check and even then they may not have any information - Trying to work out what I can deliver without Burton Mails but its very little - I do hope its not a bad as last Wednesday

Running late

The Burton Mail is running late this morning quite how late I am not sure but my best estimate is an hour to an hour and a half at 5.30 when the distributors call centre opened as the delivery van will have to finish delivering the dailies and then go back to the Depot in Nottingham to collect the Burton  Mail. 

I cant usefully deliver any of the National papers I have as I have no areas where I would not be going back to deliver Burton Mails and I can't do the whole round twice especially as I will be catching up with my collection after the round. 

All I can do is apologise and file a complaint with the distributors but its likely to be something over which they themselves had no control and is probably down to a problem printing in or transporting from Cambridge where the Burton Mail is printed these days.

Edit Burton Mail arrived at 8.25 shutting down this to get on with delivering it

Going to Lincoln

I will be going to Lincoln latter today and whilst I hope this will have no effect on the paper delivery tomorrow I thought that I had better warn every one just in case. Largely as I have no idea how long its going to taker sorting things out over there and I have because its at very short notice not had the chance to arrange any back up. I will try to keep you updated as it develops if there is going to be a problem tomorrow morning

Missing TV Magazines form Tuesday 23rd Sept

The extra TV magazines for my new customers should be arriving today as some what unsurprisingly given the mess up over the week end the distributors failed to add any of the Magazines I requested to the order along with every thing else and I only remembered this this morning

Phone: -           07501166626 - best way of telling me I have made a mistake as I will fix these on the round if I can be aware of them. The current phone is a bit old and rather temperamental but will be replaced soon but the number will remain the same. In addition once I get a new hand set I will be able to change my answer phone message in the event of problems or delays with the delivery, this is technically possible at the moment but I have not managed it successfully.
